Connect to data, both quantitative and qualitative
Understand the culture you have today and then define where   you want to go
L  Listen, learn, and lead: It’s the little things that leaders do that   set the culture
Together is the only way to transform a culture: Build a   community that is both strong and loyal
Uplift and embed purpose and values: organizations who   promote purpose are more productive and successful
Respect everyone; don’t hire for culture fit, hire for culture   contribution, and, set an
Example by modeling the culture and creating an environment   of trust, safe for contribution
