With more than twenty-five years of global business experience in public and private, domestic and international companies, Lisa has served as an executive within the finance, insurance, healthcare, beverage, textile, food service, manufacturing, point of purchase display, consumer products, and oil and refining industries. She has consulting experience in the automotive, healthcare, banking, retail, hospitality, and senior health care industries.

She has coached Presidents and CEOs to engineer new organizational team cultures and front-line leaders to effectively navigate the path forward. Lisa creates customized programs and models to optimize competitive differentiation.

In the role of consultant, she has successfully worked with companies and organizations to modify business processes and form high performance leadership teams that integrate strategies and procedures, to improve customer relationships.
